Advanced SPC teaches engineers and quality personnel how to select and set-up control charts as well as how to conduct process capability studies.X-bar & R charts, IX & MR charts, other variable-data charts and attribute charts are covered. Methods for conducting process capability studies includes how to deal with complications encountered during capability studies.The training also covers alternative process capability measures including Six Sigma capability and the use of Z-values. 
FMEA Investigator provides step-by-step instructions on how to conduct both Design-FMEAs (DFMEAs) and Process-FMEAs (PFMEAs). Learners completing this training will be able to effectively participate on an FMEA team and make immediate contributions to quality and productivity improvement efforts.
