Advertising Your IATF 16949 Registration

Celebrate and Promote your Certification

Once you’ve successfully registered your organization to IATF 16949 you will want to promote this to your customers, vendors, and employees.

The only use of the IATF logo related to this certification scheme is as displayed on the certificate issued by the certification body.

Any other use of the IATF logo, separately or not, is prohibited.

• Don’t use the IATF logo or say you are “IATF Certified” – IATF didn’t certify you, your Registrar did.
• Your Registrar (CB or Certification Body) can provide you with a logo. This logo will typically show the certification date, standard, and length
• Use the full designation “IATF 16949:2016” not just “IATF 16949“.
• Don’t display IATF certification marks of conformity on products, product labels, or product packaging, or in any way that may be interpreted as denoting product conformity.
